If you are experiencing any technical difficulties on the Shiip platform that requires support from one of IT members here’s how to lodge a support ticket in just a few easy steps!
- Select the support icon in the top right corner

2. Fill out your details including Name, Email, Phone, and a brief description of the technical issue you need assistance with.

3. Once all details are filled out, select Create Support Ticket.
You will receive an email from the Shiip support team acknowledging your request for assistance and a ticket number. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.
